So nice to feel some vibes of a “hotel family”. All comfort and quality you could even wish for, better than any of the chain-run places in the city. Been there couple of times and absolute favourite, many of the staff is there for a long time (e.g., the super kind ladies at breakfast, the morning reception, the upkeep) and they seem to have a good understanding with the owner who is often present. Feels that they really like their job, please be kind, so that I can return and see these lovely people again. Service: 5
