Beautiful building worth a visit, wouldn't eat their again though, took my mum for Mother's Day and All seemed fine until the cups came for the tea, they were full of rings and dried on tea... We wiped them clean with the napkins... The food came and it all looked lovely, but that was all, the waiter never told us what the sandwiches were (I also couldn't find this info online) the sandwiches were tiny, I've had bigger chips, the pork pies were mush but the quiche was nice (but cold) they had lovely cossiants (again cold) NO BUTTER OR JAM! So very dry, the only cake that was nice was the lemon and mybe the meringue nest would of been ok if the fruit wasn't tort! I was very disappointed as it...
I visited The Majestic Bistro with friends recently and we were so impressed. The food was absolutely to die for! After ordering, each course was served quickly and our drinks were topped up consistently throughout the evening. They had a fantastic range of cocktails available and between myself and my friends we tried a few of them! They were all delicious. The food was presented in such a lovely way and the portion sizes were perfect. The sharing platter to start was unbelievable. We were so stuffed by the end of our mains but couldn't resist getting a desert! I overheard a guy on the table next to us say that his steak was the best he had ever had. My daughter took me for mothers day afternoon tea. We were disappointed that the cups we were given weren't very clean and also the pastries and tiny bits of quiche were cold and cheap quality, the cakes weren't much better, it included croissants that were really dry with nothing on them and Battenburg cake. Nothing very special unfortunately.
Visited the Majestic bistro with a friend, from start to finish the experience was amazing! The most wonderful food (we both had steak, with chips and creamy greens) and were far too full to eat anything else! Great value for money and such beautiful place. All the staff are very friendly and make the experience so much more than food!

My second visit to the bistro and the food was again spectacular, the dining experience is both relaxed and quirky.. The staff are wonderful, the food is exceptional, the wine is great.. All in all, extremely pleasent experience of both taste and true charm!!
What a wonderful little bistro the lighting and atmosphere is perfect and food to-die-for! Obviously i'm biased because i work in the adjoining theatre... but try it yourself and see what you think! I had a great time on my visit :
Opening night of the majestic bistro was a raving success. Beautiful art deco venue with a fantastic live singer. The food was amazing and generous, will be returning! Majestic bistro has a strong future ahead of it !!
