I was somewhat hesitant between giving The Marina a 3-star or a 4-star review. My family, friends, and I have visited several times. During our first visit, the service was decent and the food was good, but they forgot the avocado on my taco. However, with each subsequent visit, the service has improved significantly and has become very friendly, and the food has been more consistent. My son did mention that his coconut shrimp was a bit greasy on one occasion. The Marina offers top-quality food that is incredibly flavorful. I tried the pepper tuna burger for the first time, and it beautifully combines two of my favorite foods without disappointing. It was like a party in my mouth with all the delightful flavors and textures. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The views of the river are fantastic from every seat, and we enjoyed a gorgeous Sunday on the deck with a refreshing breeze. Even when the breeze died down, the ceiling fans kept us comfortable. The nachos had very few toppings, and although we asked for sour cream on the side, it was missing at first. After requesting it two more times, we finally got a small amount—about a teaspoon. The chips were too salty, and they mixed up my French fries with my husband's onion rings. The coleslaw was dry and almost inedible. I spoke to the manager, who apologized and offered a 20% discount, but our bill was still charged in full. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
