Once we had set ourselves, the server informed us that the kitchen was hurled with a 24 person order and that the things were behind and slow. what a good opportunity to start a quiet romantic evening with a party of 2! we could say that the server was pulled by a big table next to us and was a bit french, so we just kept it. ordered brot, pommes and salate. he tried to order the crispy garnels, but he said he should keep away from it. said it wasn't so good and you only get 3 pieces. what? we ordered a cocktail, but after we see them sitting on the bar for 10 minutes, we didn't order anymore. we visit asheville for a small holiday. determined to eat at the marketplace for a nice dinner. I got the quail and bf got the special, that was fish. Both were great. the portions were also very nice for the price. our server was also very friendly.

eating was not as good as expected. we sat on the bar and service and the drinks were both lovely. wonderful cocktails prepared by a very beautiful man.

Definitely missed the mark. Host was cold and server was even colder. We drove 5 hours for an anniversary weekend.
