We were a group of six women who can definitely eat, and our server Anthony was incredibly patient with all our requests during the endless fondue night. The food was not only delicious but also provided plenty of laughs. We ordered a mix of broth and cheese, and I highly recommend going with a small group so everyone can try different broths. I also suggest getting a table raclette for an added touch. This was my first experience at The Melting Pot, and the service truly made it memorable. I can't praise Anthony enough for turning our night into a fantastic experience!
I recently took my wife to The Melting Pot for her birthday, and it was both of our first visits there. We absolutely loved it! Our server, Larry, was incredibly personable, professional, and attentive. Even though it was only his second day on the job, he did a fantastic job. We appreciated his enthusiasm and how he took the time to explain everything to us, which made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We will definitely be returning, and a big part of that is our wonderful first experience. First impressions really do matter!

We opted for a mix of broth and griddle, and I highly recommend going with a small group to sample different broth options. Having one griddle on the table is a must. I planned this dinner for an experience for our 5 year anniversary. It was such a blessing to have the view of cataract falls! ???? I’ve been a server for before for years, and was highly impressed with our server. Our experience was exceptional withfood and experience but it would not have been as memorable without the phenomenal service by Jordan! I planned this dinner for an experience for our 5 years jubilee. it was so a blessing that the look at the katarakt falls!? I was a server for years and was very impressed by our server. our experience was exceptional with food and experience, but it would not have been so unforgettable without the phenomenal service of jordanien! it was personal and really interested to go the extra step to make our jubile unforgettable! my man said we'll be back!
Had a phenomenal experience at lunch today, thanks to our server Sarah! She met all of our crazy requests and she seemed to really enjoy her job, which made the experience even better for us. After having not so good experiences the past few times with the old management, our expectations are back to the usual high. Excellent food and service!
We had an incredible date night! Dominic at the bar was fantastic. We’ll definitely be returning and will be sure to request him. He truly deserves a raise or bonus for his excellent service. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who understands the essence of great customer service. Our food was also delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday we loved it! We got the bigger dinner with all 4 courses some both had a drink from the bar. Everything was so good it was such a fun experience! It is a little pricey though (ours was almost $200 aftertip) but if you plan for it it's fine. Will definitely be back!
