I 'll preface this review by saying how the waitress, hostess, manager, the whole service team were absolutely amazing. When we called and made the reservation 2 weeks in advance, we asked for a private booth. They said they can provide a private booth based on availability. When we arrived, we noticed it wasn 't the private booth. We asked about that and they gladly swapped us to the private booth in the back. There was no one else back there. The waitress and hostess helped carry the rose petals and menus to the back. The food was delicious. We ordered the all you can eat option thats available for a limited time only. what an absolutely amazing experience. never before cooked fondue and it was so good and fill. the ambiente is beautiful, but the lighting sucks. had to use handy flashlight to read menu. waiter said they're trying to keep it as dark as possible, what I found strange. if I could make a suggestion, they make the lighter at the table in the position to go brighter while reading menu or seeing that you have cooked thoroughly. then let them dimme again. that was the only frustrating part of the night. Apart from that, eating was phenomenal, our waiter stuart, I think his name was great. never felt rushed, explains how the dinge work, and was also a bit more comic.
Went out for a birthday night celebration. Service was less than ideal, we waited over 15 minutes even after arriving on time with our reservation. Our waitress was not friendly. Service aside, The small bites was literally a fork with a cherry tomato and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Cheese fondue was delicious! Salad and entree were pretty mid, dressing was over-bearing and meats were average grocery store quality. Desert was good but we were too full to enjoy.Overall, a fun experience, but I wouldn't pay to do it again.
This restaurant is amazing! The cheese and chocolate fondue is to die for. The alcoholic beverages are nothing short of amazing. The Yin yang martini was super good! The whiskey business is great as well. The only thing that I felt was sort of a draw back is that you will have to cook your own entrée. TWith that being said this is still an amazing place to have a date. You can customize your table with flowers candles pictures, and reserve a private booth with a curtain.
Great place for date night! The atmosphere is a bit dark, but in a cozy romantic way. They even offer private dining for couples. If it is your first time, it is worth splurging on the cheese fondue appetizer and dessert fondue. For dinner, I love the Carribean style hot pot the best! Service was outstanding on our last visit December 2021.
Great place to have a date night or celebration. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the staff was yelling in the back and we could hear it and on top of it we never got a head up about how we should cook the pepper and garlic beef last. All our meats tasted like heavy pepper and garlic and I love garlic.
the melting pot offers a 4-course vegan meal. the server(our server nathan) was great, he even brought out the cheese to show us that he followed your heart. Nice, broth, dessert can be anything vegan. it is a great place for fondue. not sure whether it is somewhere else in the valley to do vegan fondue.
