The Melting Pot Lyndhurst

Last night my boyfriend and I went out to dinner with a group of friends at The Melting Pot. It was the first time going for all of us. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building. You enter the balcony and go to the far left corner of the building. We only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before being seated. Once seated we were greeted by the waitress a few moments later with a drink and food menu. She gave us a rundown of the menu and gave us a moment to decide. My husband and I came to our annual wedding day and had a wonderful experience!! Our server, Olivia, was so sweet and friendly and helped us through the whole evening. Exceptional service! We enjoyed the rose petals and small free dessert. My only complaint: We chose the Romance package that should contain a photo of us, 12 roses, and candles, or so it says on the website (and the Lord with whom I spoke on the phone, while the booking confirmed that also; we do not get those parts of the package, and it seemed a little expensive without it, as the 4 course meal is generally only $100 unlike $150 for the romance option (like type of roses? Spent a date night on the crucible. Had a big night for two! It's worth the money! We were so full when Dessert came! Smore Chocolate was the way to the end! Loaded baked potato cheese was an amazing start! I'd say the best meat was the teriyaki steak. If not a steak person then salmon was also very well paired with the yogurt curry! We were not told what I would like to tell you, but the bread and vegetables that come on the side with your cheese and for the main course are free of charge. So you're not afraid to ask for more. We heard this from another server on another table at the end of our meal.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Let me start with saying, The price is well worth the experience and food. We come to celebrate an anniversary. Our server Devin was so kind and personable. Checking on us consistently and being polite. The food was very good the red wine broth was pretty good. What blew us away was the personalized plate wishing us a happy anniversary! Would definitely come back to celebrate another special occasion

We always have a good time here, our waitress was very nice, personal, she helped us understand the new menu, we didn't have in a while and it was a great experience, I wish I could remember her name.... I bought a mule. Look at the photos, good was great!
