"A neat restaurant to get good food. The inside looks like a restaurant from the 50's or 60's. The burgers are large and very good. The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful. They even have old style milkshake containers."

Been eating here semi regularly since they opened and I've definitely seen a decline in the past year. You might have a good meal or you might just as likely have something only half cooked or missing items. More disturbingly, staff don't seem to be educated about food allergies. A friend recently advised the waitress of an allergy, chose a meal specifically to avoid that ingredient and, guess what, it came with the exact thing he's allergic to "for flavour". Waitress's reaction was, "Oh, do you want me to knock something off the bill?" It's sad because they're capable of being great but the service and food has gotten so unpredictable I'm giving up.
Basic breakfasts were tasty. The toast for two orders was incorrect and brought to us only slightly warm so we had to wait for the correct toast. The coffee was to our liking although the water had a distinct bleach odour. Décor is fun with the red and white 50's diner theme. I have not tried the dinner or lunch menus but with 7 or 8 burgers on the menu my husband said he would like to try them another time.
Stopped at the Mercury with business peers. A quick and affordable lunch, prompt service and food. Appears to have a good local following. Diner theme, food and burgers are good but standard. I would return if in this part of Regina but not necessarily if on the other side of Town.
