In the past without problems. They were there because they were open until 9:00. Reservation not required. Beers water a(short after our arrival. Win waitress our order at this time 7:50 pm. Only 3 tables with 6 people. Waitress offered beer refills. She returned with 1 beer and said she would take the other in a few minutes because they had to open a new keg. Husband tried his beer whcih had no foam, no pizza and tasted flat. When she delivered the friend's beer, he asked if she was upset to learn his beer was flat. She said no one took his beer away and brought him another beer we believe it was the same... still flat, no pizza and no foam. At 8:15, we asked if the food was coming soon. waitress checked with kitchen and said a few minutes ago it was 5 minutes, so now it is 2 1/2 minutes. At 8:30 we asked again. Soon. Food came at 8:39. We had ordered: Scallops with 2 sides... Coleslaw was missing and scallops were overcooked. '; Haddock Nuggets- Coleslaw was missing, had hard and NOT fresh; Plastic steak cheese with white lap: Apparently NOT a simple white wrap, so he searches the very hard steak cheese from stiff roasted tomatoes wrap around. Delmonico Steak Scallops pink in the middle order had very little pink in the middle, part of the very DRY Steak. Looks like onion rings Scallops were frozen items and not fresh. We were very disappointed about the long waiting period for our food and the bad quality. We told our waitress that it was NOT her fault and asked to talk to a manager. She said she'd get him. She left our table, went to get someone and came back and told us no manager, but we could talk to an older waitress. We didn't choose that. The waitress said she had taken 10% off the bill. We paid our bill, gave the waitress cash more than 20% of the original bill for their service. We left more than half of our plates of food. We ate some because we starve when we received our food. We don't want to come back here for a LONG time until we hear improvements there. We're going to this town a few times a year. so disappointed.

Varied menu, straight forward great food, attentive wait staff and very reasonably priced. We sampled the haddock bite plate (enough for two), the baked Italian meatball and sausage subs on 12 home made bread roll, beef teriyaki, onion rings and themost elegant cheesecake (a smile in every bite).

Food is delicious. I had the meatloaf special and it was excellent!!! The waitress was very polite and efficient. Great dining experience.
