The Milton Inn - Réservation de table

My recent dining experience here was delightful. The food was truly exquisite, as expected from this caliber of establishment. Housed in an old inn from the 1740s, the restaurant exudes charm and character, with fresh flowers accenting everywhere. The host acknowledged our birthday reservation and was both endearing and attentive, seating us promptly upon arrival and checking in. We appreciated the continuous refills of water and plentiful bread, which added to our enjoyment. Whether for a celebration or business meeting, this is a tremendous venue. I look forward to returning.

We enjoyed happy hour food and drinks. The menu is extensive, better than the last menu, and we had mussels and lamb kabobs. Not overly spiced, they allowed the flavor of the items to shine. Manhattans were perfect from a great bartender! And the dinner of leg of lamb and rockfish (pesto was a bit too overpowering for the fish) were both very good. Raoul our server was attentive and helpful; carefully monitoring, recommending and supporting us. And the special birthday recognition was MUCH appreciated. The lime bomb is worth the wait to desert. A perfect evening. Thanks!

We spent a delightful evening at the Milton Inn. Even though it was extremely busy, the lovely Jonathon was so attentive and made us feel very special. We both decided to select from their restaurant week menu. My husband proclaimed his corn chowder to be the winner of the night. My duck entree, cooked to a perfect medium rare, was my absolute favorite. Altogether a wonderful evening. Brunch, happy hour or dinner, the Milton Inn never disappoints. We look forward to our next visit.

WE love the TMI happy hour, with great drink prices (and selection) and a good varied selection of apps. We are regulars, but used the restaurant week menu (thanks for participating) and enjoyed the Halibut, which was prepared perfectly and a very beautiful cut of fish. the Peach dessert was a bit tart, but good. Snails as appetizer was good and not over garlicky. Carson is a great server and provided excellent advice. Thanks! Réservez une table maintenant

Happy hour: endive salad, mussels, oysters, manhattans. Such a lovely deal $6/$8) for the distance, visiting from California. Excellent service, we even got seated from bar to table when our party doubled. Recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other menu items. I went out of my comfort zone and had the pate en croute and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone's dishes were well received.

Baltimore County's best kept secret. Don't invite people who are annoying, demanding, and/or non-adventurous. This is an elegant experience for an educated crowd.

We had a wonderful Saturday evening dinner. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was top notch, and the food was well worth the prices.
