Update to original review: Jackie the owner reached out immediately and was super friendly and understanding of our experiences with this particular employee. She handled the situation very well and acknowledged that his actions were not the experience she hoped to provide her guests. We came in this past Sunday and I was able to meet her in person. The dining experience at this restaurant is amazing. All sauces are homemade and the sriracha is particularly delicious. My family and I used to live in Livingston and frequented this restaurant often. Even though we have since moved to Bozeman, we decided to make the drive back to Livingston just to have dinner at this restaurant. My husband, daughter, and I were seated by a very pleasant host. Our waitress was excellent and attentive. The fish fry was as good as always and the mac and cheese was perfect. Passing thru Montana heading out west, I got hungry. I like to eat where the locals eat and The Mint happened to be the first burger place that came up on my timeline. It's in downtown Livingston Montana. I walked in and the lady behind the bar was courteous and took my to go order immediately. I got the black and blue burger with fries and a pickle. I have no complaints. The food was good and I would recommend this bar grill if anyone stops through downtown Livingston
We stopped at the Mint based on a local recommendation. Our bartender at the bar down the street told us to get the steak... she was right. It was amazing and incredibly tender. It was served with buttery mashed potatoes and veggies. It was just as good as steak and eggs the next morning. The service was fast and friendly, Beth was great. So happy we stopped in!

Freshest burger I’ve ever had. Got the Mint burger has bacon jam and white cheddar cheese. Homemade ketchup, fresh cut fries, and “secret ingredient” pickle round out the plate. Cozy bar atmosphere but didn’t feel weird having my 13 year old there. Service was on point!
I mean very, and I highly recommend this place best customer service, fantastic eating and a wonderful atmosphere. this place deserves a 5 stars, no, a ten stars if it were possible at all! the coin is amazing. my favorite restaurant!

The atmosphere is lovely, the dining menu is top-notch, the server is fantastic and friendly, the beer is very cold, overall it's just a wonderful place.
