We initially stopped by just to use the restroom, but our experience was so delightful that we would definitely return if we had the chance! I ordered their chicken wings, and they were hands down the best I've ever had—crispy, hot, and incredibly flavorful without needing any of the sauces they provided. And they were just $6! My husband opted for a cheeseburger, which he found excellent. (By the way, we had dinner at a 3-star Michelin restaurant just last night.) Our server, Sarah, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restroom was impressively clean and even featured some cool artwork. Our total bill for our meals, including drinks, was only $19!

I had an exceptional dining experience! The food was absolutely fantastic, deserving a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed, also earning a 5. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, creating a great backdrop for our meal, so that's another 5. Overall, a perfect experience!
I had stopped with friends who frequent The Mood often. I live at the wisc Illinois border so was surprised to see a bar similar to where I live like The Mood so far south. Reminds me of an upper Wisconsin woods tavern. I felt quite comfy on my 1st visit. Food was great, and surprisingly tasty. Bar tenders were friendly and engaging which made it more comfortable than anticipated !! Service: Dine in
We hosted a large backyard party at this venue, and it was an excellent choice. We really enjoyed ourselves. The tavern's bathroom, though small, was one of the nicest I've ever seen. Overall, here's how I would rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5. Plus, there was plenty of parking available.

I absolutely love a great dive bar, and The Mood (what an awesome name!) has all the essentials you could want: affordable drinks, ample seating, and a TouchTunes jukebox—all without any unnecessary extras. I haven't tried the food yet, but I'm looking forward to it!
As original as they come. Fantastic prices on the food menu. The burger is one of the best I have had recently. They have updated the interior but it still reminds me of when I was coming to this joint several times a week back in the early 90's. A+.
I've never had the lunch but this is by far my favorite bar in the area. Staff GREAT! The crowd of people that come here are also just great. Cash only, but that's good because I can take my behind home when I'm low on cash.
