I believe this restaurant has a clever concept that was executed well. The food and drink menus are unique and different from what is typically found in the area. The food was delicious overall. However, I have two complaints: 1) the prices were extremely high and 2) the noise level was too loud. While I understand they were aiming for an NYC atmosphere, we are not in NYC. The two pricing options were both excessive. In NYC, you can leave brunch and enjoy the bottomless concept, but in Aberdeen, most people can only have 1 or 2 drinks and then have to drive home. Really nice brunch at The Mosa Social. Very lively atmosphere, as $40 for two hours gets you an appetizer, a decent-sized main course, unlimited coffee and bottomless mimosas/bellinis/manmosas (with Blue Moon)/Miller Lite. This tends to elevate everyone's spirits. Have a DD or take an Uber if possible, and enjoy! There is even an upstairs area where there is a separate DJ spinning music for those who are finished with brunch. Really good time!
Staff was fantastic, food was a bit less than advertised. No salad bar. We had to ask about desserts. Lots of fun, music could have been a smidge lower but I’m a 35 y/o old lady. All around good time.
