The Navigation Inn Barrow Upon Soar

Had a meal at the Navi tonight for the first time since it's been taken over. We wasn't disappointed, my husband enjoyed the pie of the day steak and ale) and I had the gammon. Both meals came with homemade chips which were lovely, will definitely be going back again.

We visited this restaurant for an open mic night and absolutely loved it! The talent was fantastic, the location was great, and the fish and chips were delicious. The owner even let us use his parking space so we could stay overnight in our campervan!

I traveled quite a distance, but it was absolutely worth it. Our Sunday evening dinner was stunning and I highly recommend it. The garden by the riverside is beautiful, and Gary and Scrub have done a fantastic job with their new pub.
