The Oak And 66 - Réservation de table

Very disappointed to learn that this restaurant was not even open when we arrived nor informed of this when making our booking. We got fobbed off to the hotel bar area with a bar menu. When we learned about the deceit of our booking, we walked straight back out of there. If I wanted to book bar food I would've done so. I booked for a restaurant atmosphere and menu which we did not receive. Ruined our whole experience

Service was amazing, our waitress was very friendly and helpful, food was okay! My sister came down for the weekend and we’ve always had a nice meal in the oak! I understand things are difficult at the moment but didn’t expect our dinner to be served up in a box! Maybe if we were told this it wouldn’t have seemed so bad, it was just disappointing. Saying that we will go back

Food cold all over cooked overall taste pretty poor service not good as no sauces offered had to ask and then wait for waitress to return. We were also overcharged had item added to bill which we hadn’t ordered. Thus was the third visit to this restaurant and definetly the last.

Very enjoyable experience. Staff were attentive, helpful and polite. Service was fast and the meal was well cooked and delicious. Plenty of menu choice. Réservez une table maintenant

Customer service was exceptional, the staff couldn't do enough for us and we're very down to earth and friendly. Breakfast was lovely really enjoyed it.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Good food at a reasonable price. No complaints, all five of us agreed it was a nice evening and said we would eat there again

We have breakfast at the Oak frequently. Food is always excellent. Service is always excellent and extremely good value for money.
