Went to this buffet while staying at the hotel with my family. The server brought a receipt that counted my kid as an adult. I was waiting to receive a new one for 15 minutes until Jacqueline Zaragoza, the supervisor, came to our table. But she rudely started asking our kids how old they are as if interrogating and even though she knew the server had made a mistake, she never apologized. I told her, I thought you would at least say sorry , but she didn 't. I asked her to bring her boss, Mariko Yao. She kindly offered me a free meal the next morning during the stay, but I politely declined her offer and paid for everything. I truly hope that they will care about customer satisfaction in a mor...
The $33 breakfast buffet is a great value for those with a big appetite compared to Denny's, with better quality food. The selection is similar to a standard country club or hotel breakfast buffet, with healthy options available. The service provided is excellent.
We have breakfast almost everyday here in the Westin St Francis hotel, since our package includes breakfast. The food is good and there are variety of things to choose from. Service is excellent.
