Sad to say I will not be going back. The first time was in July 2023 and it was great back then! Went back in Nov 2023 and the menu had become a lot more restrictive. Having gone back now in January 2024, I had an awful experience. My wife and I went in for brunch on Sunday to find there was only a special Sunday menu active. A bit annoying but I know that some places do this, just know that this is one of them, no regular menu on a Sunday. We each went for a bar snack. Hers was alright, though a bit expensive to charge £8 for a Yorkshire pudding with a couple trimmings in it when a couple quid more would get one a full roast in other establishments. My sister, her dog, and I were staying at a nearby Air BnB. We decided to go to this restaurant for a drink around 9pm on a Monday, but found that the doors were locked. A woman came out and explained that they had closed early due to lack of business. We returned the next evening and were pleased to find that the dog was welcome. We enjoyed a nice meal, some beer, wine, and cocktails. The same woman we had seen the previous evening was welcoming and talkative. She mentioned that the restaurant is usually busier on weekends, with a younger crowd. Hopefully business will pick up when people have more money to spend on going out.
We celebrated my husband's retirement at this restaurant earlier this week, and the staff were exceptional: helpful, enjoyable, and efficient. Sue and her team took care of every detail and put in a lot of effort to make sure we all had a fantastic evening. The food was also very tasty. Overall, it was an excellent evening, made even better by the amazing team! x
Saturday night is a no go from now on. Absolutley rammed, door staff should not be letting that many people in. Took ages to get a drink and wall to wall with degenerates from what i observed. Nice during the day though for day drinking.

Amazing Team Night out, food was excellent, service was amazing thanks to Karl who looked after us all evening (until we hit the dancefloor). Great venue for a work night out or just a night out ... try the food, you wont be sorry!!
The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, beautiful decor, attentive service, and delicious food. It offers the best Sunday roast in Leigh on Sea, as well as a fantastic vegetarian option.
Fabulous place for brunch, a night out, dancing, food whatever! I love the fact you can pre book a table too! See you next weekend!
Went in the evening. Nasty atmosphere music ridiculously loud one or two of the staff quite rude. Soon left.
