The Old Boat House

We have been coming down to Looe for many years always pop into The Old Boat House when on holiday down here. It is by far our favourite cafe in Looe has been for many years (we have been to every cafe in Looe). They have a great selection of meals in their fantastic menu, it’s always great food. They also have an excellent cake selection as well the added option of their own ice cream for dessert as well, which is delicious (we sampled a few flavours earlier in the week). What we also love about The Old Boat House is their location, being located at the harbour side in East Looe with the added advantage of an alcohol licence we can literally sit back, take in the views whilst enjoying a glass of wine together taking in the views, we love it, nowhere compares. Today, after many years of visiting the cafe on holiday we actually met the owners, what a lovely family. It is a real family affair, parents their daughters, all so friendly hard working, customer service always on point. If you haven’t been to Looe yet? ,Coffees were nice, barista knew what they were doing, milkshake satisfyingly creamy using whole milk and ice-cream.
