The Old Courthouse Cafe

I will never go back to this cafe again I have been going since it opened I understand the circumstances have changed due to covid19 but I went in today to buy a coffe and my child was desperate for the toilet I asked the lady could he use the toilet if possible and I would wait outside she was so rude and obnoxious my child was very upset I have been coming with friends to this cafe for a long time but I will NOT return. I went back to the park and even a stranger one of the parents asked me had they let him use the toilet to which I said no and the lady told me she refuses to go in there as the lady is so rude! not a good look and I hope no one is spoken to in the manor I experienced today...

The cafe and gardens are perfect for children. We enjoy bringing our grandchildren here, where they can play safely with all the toys. The coffee is excellent and the homemade biscuits are delicious!

This cafe is wonderful with spacious outdoor seating areas and plenty of toys for children to play with. The food and coffee are delicious, and they also offer Italian ice cream for sale.

My favourite place for coffee. Lovely outside seating,(with covers for when it's raining) great coffee and homemade cakes. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

The staff are always lovely and go above and beyond, there are fresh croissants and cakes everyday and the avocado on toast is perfect! Highly recommend :
