beautiful place to eat. I was here yesterday. I had a hut cake with salat for £4.50 the salat was more than just a few salat leaves and a piece tomato. there were minty gurkens and lenses. it was really nice and there was a lot of it. the potato on the hut cake was really light and fluffy, but crispy up. the decoration is eccentric, with paintings of kühen and tablecloths, which are maps of the world written in a foreign language. it feels a bit like it's going back in time to fitzrovia before the chains are drawn in. (required from the longer evaluation here: http Lunchclub.posterous.com/claire-scott-the-old-dairy-cafe like my last visit I still ate a salt-rib sandwich. so often disappoint good meals at second visit not today. the pulsating red bark, French senf, a disc gherkin were fantastic at £4.50 plus a 50 pence premium for eating in, an salat of cut salat dressed in very good olive oil, for another great experience in this beautiful little caffe that feels as if it should be populated in a remote city of old people.
kidnapped from Fitzroy Square you will find this grade ii listed at the beginning of the 20th century former dairy. the outer retains gilded glass and art nouveau faience-crease. theke with “bovine panels”, a mosaic floor and white flowing is one of the original interiors. a typical small selection of lite-bites baked with coffee that keeps its floor without swallowing. defocus and efficient service in a relaxed and authentic offbeat setting.
they love the shady chic interior of this place, with plastic cloths on the tables covered by a map of earth and giving it a traditional caf vibe. if I hadn't taken care of zomato first, I probably wouldn't have been disturbed if I had noticed his annoyance. that said they did the most incredible cake and I'm chopped! bring them cash as no card machine. this is a great place with stunning interiors. in contrast to many coffee spots smells it never or gets super loud, and the music is always amazing (now they had cash presley playing! . very cozy place, not many like it in london. Moreover, the coffee tastes really good, they taste real aromas and not just bitter notes!
