Bang average Sunday dinner. 1 roast potato split in to 4, tasteless carrots, watery tasteless gravy. The rest was ok. Asked for some extra roasties…… £2.49 they wanted. First time for Sunday lunch….. Sorry wouldn’t go again or recommend.

Had the steak pie which was thick crusty pastry and lovely chips. The gravy was provided separate for self-service (as it should be). Coffee was lovely as well especially if your like me and hate machine frothy coffees

This is a good place for above par pub grub. The staff are friendly, the food is good. What’s not to like? We tried the steak pie with sweet potato fries and our daughter had chicken tikka, all delicious. Worth a visit

Lovely friendly atmosphere, nothing too much trouble, food delicious especially the peri peri chicken baguette which my daughter always has. Super service from our server Harriet too
