The Old School Tea Room

We discovered this amazing tearoom on Tripadvisor before our Autumn getaway in the area. It was a fantastic place with a cozy atmosphere, great service, and friendly staff (they even welcomed dogs!). The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. The view from the window overlooking the valley and Hebden Beck was breathtaking, and you could even choose to sit in huts in the garden where hens roamed freely. We visited for morning coffee at the start of our trip and returned for lunch at the end. Both times we couldn't resist buying a mug from the shop display to take home. We went here for my mum’s birthday for afternoon tea and had a fabulous afternoon! I had booked inside but it was such a nice day they were able to accommodate us outside in one of the huts absolutely gorgeous! The afternoon tea was lovely, very filling and delicious. Shane could not have been more attentive and so friendly! We had a lovely time, and will definitely return.

After a walk from Grassington we had lunch at the Old School tea room. We often call in when we are up at our caravan in Threshfield. As always the food was excellent. Good service too.

We had a lovely afternoon tea in this lovely setting. The chutney was also amazing. Fantastic view whilst eating and a lovely place for a walk after you have eaten. Service was good

Everything about this cafe is 1st class well worth a visit. Food excellent, super clean, exceptionally friendly, we’ll be going back
