Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember.The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. I got a ceaser salad with chicken on it and I honestly can say it was one of the worst ceaser salads I've ever had it was swimming in dressing they put way way too much and the dressing tasted cheap and like mayo it was very gross. The chicken also tasted or seemed a tad bit cheap like not so high quality chjcjen breast idk. But was very sad to pay 20$ for it . In the photo it looks like a decent salad but it wasn't . I ended up taking it home which was a mistake. If I'm ever back at west ed I will not be returning
We went here with a group of 6 on a Wednesday night! Initially they had forgotten our reservation, but quickly was able to accommodate us! It is so refreshing to go somewhere where the prices aren’t astronomical! Instead of paying $100 for two people to eat instead we paid about $140 for SIX people to eat! And the food was delicious. They were even extra careful with our food allergy! Will definitely remember this when I’m wanting to go out to eat again! Over all great experience!
We tried this Resturant for friends night gathering with 4 kids. The food and service was great, reasonably priced and portion of food were generous.Baked raviolis and meatball spaghetti were favourite as well kids drink and teas.Marshal was the rock star . He went beyond and above to ensure everyone have a fun night. And always ready to help us with any rush request.Great place with a great team. Highly recommended.
We stayed in Fantasyland Hotel. We had 11 hours drive and we’re tired. Didn’t have much appetite so we ordered three meals for four adults and two young ones(7 10) with sides and drinks.Food were ok but server were not busy but they didn’t come back to us for a moment while our forks and spoons had very thick grease on them. They didn’t come to clean the table and take the plates neither.
Amazing time at the Old Spaghetti Factory Edmonton. The service was great. Our server was kind, patient, and solid in her customer service. Those in charge of seating us were friendly and did their very best to accommodate our large number. In the end, we had to split up because it was a busy time that we went for supper. But they did their best. ?
Dinner with the family at the old spaghetti factory was fantastic as usual. The service is always amazing and the prices are very reasonable! Everything is included (soup/salad/bread) with your meal. I had theChicken Alfredo with Mushroom and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli and it’s was delicious!
