Probably the best bagels in the area, but this is probably not so much honest to be. Have a sesame bagel with cream cheese, the bagel tasted good, but was a bit small, and was not really roasted. Should be crispy outside and be softer inside. Like coffee, frozen coffee ice cubes is a beautiful touch. Life in NY for many years, so what do I?m comparing it. Will it try again in the future, maybe?ll the Bagel texture a bit better next time, and I?ll give it more stars.

This is absolutely the best bagel in the central FL. I love that they have a variety of sandwiches, but I always get everything with Nova cream cheese. I'm here once a week. The only negative I will say is that the quality of the bagel is a little incompatible. Sometimes (more often recently) the bagels were undercooked and diligent. The outside does not have the gum I can identify with the perfect NY Style Bagel. But they're always delicious.

The bagels are super delicious, but they should not put a person who is not a morning person responsible for the answer to the phone. Very rude. I know that many customers are evil, but not all. Don't be rude to those who are not evil. I know how it is to be on your side, but is not professional, rude that?s so hard trying not to be rude back.

The food was mediocre, and I felt completely overlooked as I watched four people who ordered after me receive their meals. I had to remind the person who took my order, and eventually, she brought my meal out, which had just been sitting there waiting to be packaged. Réservez une table maintenant

The food here is fantastic—definitely the best bagels around! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick. I absolutely love the Cubista coffee; the coffee ice cream cubes are a perfect way to keep your ice cream from getting watered down.

These are the best bagels I've had in a long time. We ordered a dozen, and at around $1 per bagel, it feels a bit pricey. My wife enjoyed the coffee as well. The bagels have an authentic New York taste, unlike some other chains.

We absolutely love Brooklyn Water Bagel and usually have no complaints. However, this morning we noticed that we were clearly shorted on cream cheese. It’s frustrating to pay for an 8oz tub and not receive the full amount.

I absolutely love the bagels here and have always been impressed by their quality! However, I found the customer service from one of the managers to be lacking in professionalism and quality.
