The new owners of The Original City Sandwich Company are not as customer forward as they claim; since they reopened, not one order we 've made has been correct this time, a pickled beef was ordered with no juice and came to me as a slimy mess, soaking through butcher paper. When I called to ask what happened and get a refund, I was gaslit and called a liar! I don 't believe oil and vinegar were added to your sandwich. Then what is all this oil and vinegar doing here? This was after trying to deli splain what pickling is. I used to love getting salads from this place because they were big and worth the money but now I tried to get the same salad and it was less than half of what it used to be and still the same price . Do not get the chef salad or garden salad not worth the money can't speak on the deli meats they smelled
