I absolutely love this place especially for breakfast. I live in Fairfax and any opportunity that I have I'm always driving down to come out breakfast with my family.. On the weekends as expected there's usually a little bit of a wait, But they usually try to move through them quickly. Hey ya'll, got another bullet dodger for ya. We have the trifecta here. Just don't do it. The food was very over cooked and is not very tasty, this includes the coffee. The servers were not very friendly and extremely impatient. We stopped after driving over 12 hours and 3 of the 4 of us had been asleep when we stopped. We were groggy and still waking up when the waitress came to the table and asked what we wanted to order. I couldn't decide between coffee or tea. I said
We had an amazing dining experience! My sons and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at this restaurant. The portion sizes were generous, the food was tasty, and our waitress was very attentive. I ordered "The Works" which was so filling that it could easily be shared. The buttermilk pancakes were incredibly soft and fluffy, and the bacon slices were large and delicious. I highly recommend skipping IHOP and trying The Original Pancake House for better food quality!
Blueberry pancakes was the absolute worst I've ever had. Eggs taste like powdered, the bacon was super salty, but good...lol On 12/23/21, called in a pickup order. Got to work open the container all to find burnt greasy potatoes. Now who in the world would serve this to anyone. I was HOTT! HORRIBLE!! The cook should be fired for giving this to a customer. Imagine a traditional diner and its menu. The coffee was excellent and the food was tasty. The only downside was the steak. It had a lot of gristle and maybe should have been cooked well done (which is almost sacrilegious) because it was very tough. The meal cost around $15, with the option to add cheddar hash browns for an additional $5.
must say one of the worst food I cost. order eggs, speck and pancakes. the eggs were tasteless, the pancakes smelled and tasted. the only thing that was good was the speck, although a little hard. my sister had the speck, egg and cheese sandwich with avocado. she couldn't finish it. should have read the reviews first.
Best breakfast in the Falls Church/Vienna area. Busy on weekends and holidays, but that's because it's great! Waffles perfectly cooked, the bacon is amazing, and warm Maple syrup (not the fake globby-stuff). Great portions.. I don't leave uncomfortable or wasting food. Mom Pop-like breakfast! Highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing meal today at the restaurant. The omelette was overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The avocado was old and not edible. The bacon and pancakes were tasty, but unfortunately, the omelette, which was the most expensive item, was inedible. Réservez une table maintenant
