The Original Pancake House

This charming little spot serves hand-squeezed orange juice, homemade berry syrups, jams, and compotes. Their pancakes are so light that they practically float off the plate. The custom coffee is fantastic! They offer the best thick-cut bacon around—it's truly top-notch. Don’t forget to try the Canadian bacon breakfast; it’s amazing! The prices are surprisingly low, so please keep that a secret! We’ve enjoyed dining here every day during our time in the city!

Excellent food and service! Clean, rustic, the OPH looks exactly like the day it opened 25 years ago, brand new. Zero wait time, friendly, courteous, and professional staff. I had Swedish pancakes crepe like and a side of bacon OMG! Thick cut. They do not skimp on the portions.

The waitress was kind. We didn't have to wait too long on a Sunday morning. But the food was sad. No seasoning. No flavor. Not worth it. I have tried twice hoping maybe the first time was just an off day but unfortunately they just don't season the food.

The service was excellent! We arrived on Saturday morning and waited 20 minutes in our car until our pager went off. The food exceeded our expectations, and we received everything we ordered! I highly recommend the pancakes.

Our server was incredibly friendly and had some really cool earrings. The food was excellent, and the prices are great for larger groups.
