My family and I used to love ordering for rachels all the time this location has always been my favorite but recently ever since the younger African American kid has worked there every time I order something is wrong and he always has an attitude as if it's my fault ! We usually order from rachles 3-4 times a month and spend anywere from 50-65 each time but not anymore I refuse to come back after this! I called to let them know they forgot an item the girl on the phone was nice but I could here him make remarks in the back and making it seem like it's no big deal you didn't get charged. The food is really good, service is always good, atmosphere could stand some TLC but I usually take out anyway.
