My wife and I recently got married at The Overlook, and I wish I could say everything went perfectly, as it was promised to us. We had been in contact with the owners for over a year and found them to be kind and courteous throughout the planning process. We even met several times to go over the details of the wedding with their staff and members of our wedding party. On multiple occasions, we dined there with family, enjoying the stunning views and delicious food, and everything seemed to be falling into place.
The owners kept in touch with us leading up to the big day. However, upon arrival with our vendors, we discovered that there had been a miscommunication regarding the chair rentals....

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at The Overlook, and our experience was truly amazing. My mother and sister handled the wedding arrangements, and they received outstanding support from everyone involved in the planning. Clarissa was especially helpful, always available and communicative. The ambiance was elegant, the food was delicious, and every staff member was warm, friendly, and eager to help. We enjoyed everything so much that we returned just four days later to celebrate my mother's birthday! We are looking forward to many more meals and special occasions at The Overlook!
The Overlook is truly a hidden gem in northeast Ohio. Chef Zou is incredibly talented and brings a lot of skill to the kitchen. The service is consistently top-notch, with a welcoming family atmosphere and attentive staff. Furthermore, the wedding venue is exceptional and offers great value for the price.
The view is stunning, the building and amenities are exquisite, and it's wonderfully secluded from noise while still being conveniently located. The chef is exceptional! The quality of the meat is outstanding, and all the flavors come together beautifully. I can’t help but keep returning.
I was in town for business for a few days and wanted to try a unique local spot. I wasn’t disappointed! The food was excellent, and the staff and atmosphere were just as great. I’m already planning a trip back next month to bring my wife along.
