This was our first Christmas dinner out as a family so we did not know what to expect. We have been to the Packe Arms many times and have always been impressed. Christmas Day was no exception. Staff were lovely, food was brilliant and the atmosphere was very festive. We particularly loved that there was a busy atmosphere but that the pub had not been packed to the max. The flow of families was very well managed, it wasn't too crowded and you weren't rushed off your table either, but there were enough people about to feel like tounwere sharing the daybwith others. this is the first time that I visited the packed arms and it will not be the last! we had a table of 14 and could preorder our food and had a dedicated area. the menu has so many possibilities and everyone said how hot, fresh and tasty their meal was! this was very impressive for a large group booking. there was also a varied pudding and drinks menu. I recommend the sticky toffee pudding, that was so good! the staff was very courteous, friendly and friendly. they made the evening very pleasant for all of us.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I tried the Chicken Pie with vegetables and spring onion mashed potatoes, it was very satisfying. The atmosphere at the pub was welcoming and I would definitely come back. The staff were all very kind and attentive.
a charming place in the landscape with spectacular good eating at a very cheap price. delicious and very generous portions of fish chips. and what is highly recommended with the desserts? delicious cheesecake and brownie with whisky ice cream.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic and the service is top-notch. The village pub is absolutely beautiful. A definite must-visit.
