We were sat fairly quickly but we had to wait 10 mins for our server to approach us and offer us drinks. I had seen him walk by us many times to attend to a party of 8 that he was taking care of but never said anything until 10 mins later. We finally got waters and I tried out their cafe latte and it tasted like regular coffee with regular milk poured in, so I guess they don’t have a milk frother thing? I decided to try a few dishes that caught my eye, and they did not disappoint. I ordered banana pancakes, loaded hash browns, and biscuits with gravy. I had plans for the day, so I went all out! Every bite was amazing—the chipotle aioli was something special. When I drizzled syrup over the pancakes and cut into them, it was a heavenly moment, almost like a miracle! I was so happy I could hardly contain myself.

the line of people standing around this place, and the lack of parking are both signs of how good this is. many creative decisions for breakfast and lunch. I don't think they'll start lunch until 11 o'clock. I had a pretty simple breakfast that was excellent and a few special pancakes with the order they were lovely! the coffee was decent and the service was excellent! we will come back when we are in the long beach area.
It was my first visit to The Pan, and the highlight for me was the food. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were supposed to come with blackberry syrup, but it didn’t. Instead, it was served with a mix of fresh berries, which didn't taste like blackberries at all. I opted to use regular syrup instead of asking the server about it, as it took quite a while for them to check in with us.

There’s usually a wait time here if about 25-45 min. so you want to be prepared to wait or try making a reservation if possible. A good restaurant to go to for both breakfast and lunch, I love their pancakes and the French toast was also really good!
Always the way to go when you are HUNGRY. The food and music was on point! I had the pastrami breakfast sandwich and upgraded my side to the guava pancakes . And they are dog friendly! The pan never does us wrong
Excellent food great service large menu selection. Food is flavorful ,exciting , adventurous and comforting. They have great libation options too!
The pancakes here are the best pancakes I ever tasted... IHOP who? Lol never again the pan is my new favorite place for breakfast food.

That was it! The food is truly excellent. However, parking can be a bit limited.
