The Passionate Cook’s Essentials

It's clear that not all heroes wear capes, and Lisa Hutchinson is a prime example. She went out of her way to brighten the Thanksgiving weekend for the nurses on the second floor of Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. With little notice, she set aside everything she was doing to prepare a wonderful dessert tray and a delicious cheese tray, which she then delivered to the hospital. The result? Smiles all around! Thank you, Lisa; you truly are the best!

My daughter and I found The Passionate Cook this weekend in Uxbridge. Lisa has a great assortment of Gluten Free products that are a little more difficult to find sometimes. She has Gluten Free Frozen Prepared Food and Gluten Free baked goods the Millionaire Squares and Butter Tart Squares were delicious!

The gluten-free brownie and raspberry square we tried were both amazing! The beautiful preserves, elegantly boxed spices, and excellent selection of prepared dishes also caught our attention. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful wide open and bright store with a good selection of premium cookware, stemware and smaller cooking accessories. Great cheese selection to highlight any charcuterie board, pasta accent or the best grilled cheese ever.

They serve the best gluten-free pastries I've ever tasted! I'm so thrilled to finally discover croissants that are safe for those with celiac disease. The food is absolutely delicious, and the owner is incredibly kind too!

The cheese boards are beyond beautiful so creatively and carefully prepared with informative descriptions of each cheese, assorted nuts, chutneys, olives, you name it. This is my new gift for just about every occasion!

A lovely curated selection of cheese is beautifully displayed. The triple cream brie they have is almost too good to be true. Lots of other unusual fine food items and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Réservez une table maintenant
