Place a lunch order online. Drove to the location from South City only to pick up my food and it was cold. The noodles were cold. The pasta sauce was watery. It was they had just made the sauce 3 minutes prior to me getting there and poured it on top of the noodles. I called and was told by manager that I could come by another time and pick up a container of sauce. I wasn't sure how that would help me since I was picking up a lunch meal and not a side of sauce. Maybe Im supposed to drink the sauce and have no pasta. I was then told to keep the pasta and bring it back another day and they would replace it. Our experience at this restaurant was outstanding thanks to Ashley! She was the only server on the floor from 5 PM until we left, managing around 30-50 guests at once. Ashley was not only kind and professional, but she also handled everything without showing any signs of stress or frustration. I'm giving this place a 5-star rating solely because of her. However, I was quite disappointed with the lack of support provided by her restaurant manager last night.
Grew up eating this. Was not disappointed. Our waitress and staff were great and the food was better. They're known for their salad and it's some of the best in my opinion. I can't recall the name of the dish but the spicy sausage paste was great. They had a stuffed artichoke that we tried and recommend it to the adventurous people out there. The Mediterranean pasta is seasonal and was great. We couldn't eat everything and had plenty of leftovers.
I was really disappointed with my meal; I ordered the moscacholli and found it to be terrible. I don't think I'll ever return to this restaurant. The waitress was friendly, but the overall experience was spoiled by the food. It seems like there isn’t enough cooking expertise when it comes to pasta. I can make my own gourmet pasta at home.

The food quality and the atmosphere of the restaurant do not justify the high prices on the bill. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took over an hour for our meals to arrive. We were far too patient. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Did is decent, but just a bit more upscale than Fazoli's. The salad and artichoke are the best. Alfredo is meh-definitely go to Olive Garden for Alfredo instead.

The food and drinks are excellent, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and outstanding service. Plus, it’s budget-friendly!
