The Pheasant Plucker

A nice country pub and restaurant that lacks any quality of food. The fish and chips that I had was tasteless, rubbery, far too greasy and the mushy peas had been watered down. I cannot complain about the service though, it was very good. Parking: A large car park exists behind the property. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2

Brilliant food here, probably our favourite pub in the area. Nice atmosphere the only thing they could improve is that service could sometimes lack urgency. It took us a while, with multiple requests, to get the bill and then be able to pay. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I hadthe festive set menu with my friends, it was delicious! And we booked the private cabin, it was lovely and much better to be able to be just with those in your party : the staff were great too! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Service good, food good, busy Sat and got a table without booking. Whilst service was good 12.5% added to the bill is too high. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
