First up have to say partially my fault, should have asked the order taker to repeat my order back to me or checked the docket that I asked for and was given. Anyhow. My wife and I needed somewhere in the CBD to eat last Sunday having darted here and there on errands. We have dined at the pier bar several times in the past and always been impressed with the quality and taste of the dishes. This visit was no different. My own meal a burger was fabulous, my wife's avocado and prawn salad that somehow morphed into a prawn pizza, was really good as well. Grundsätzlich gute Idee einer Happy Hour (Bier 4$ von 5-7pm) aber wenn man sich noch die Happy-Hour-Karte durchliest und die einem unter der Nase um Punkt 7 Uhr weggezogen wird mit der Begründung 'for you no happy hour anymore. It's done' finde ich das lächerlich! Freundlichkeit gleich null. Ansonsten gute Lage und das Bier hat trotzdem geschmeckt;-)
I really enjoyed the atmosphere, open space and decor. It was busy but didn't feel crowded or overly loud. I was glad to see they have paleo friendly options on the menu. The service was very efficient and friendly. We received our meals within 15 minutes. The sizes of the meals are average but good. Great stop for a cold drink and a bite.
Friendly service and lovely view, but that didn't help the supreme pizza. It was so bland I couldn't finish it. The cheesymelt burger was ok and edible (haha). The sweet potato fries were delicious though. Maybe the best fries I have ever had. This place was busy, probably due to happy hour. The food is average, probably wouldn't return.

We went there twice, Thursday and Friday night, and were not disappointed. We used $10 meal and drinks voucher we got from our hostel and enjoyed good food twice. On Thursday they had salsa music and lessons as well as $10 mojito specials and on Friday night there was live music. The place was packed both nights. I'd go back any time.
We popped into the Pier on a Friday night before the crowds really arrived. We managed to get a table and some nibbles which were good. The crowd was a good mix and very friendly, we chatted to a number of the people around us. The atmosphere is lively and the band's entertaining, great to see live music. A great night had by us all.
We came around 7:30pm when we left the place at 8:30pm it was packed. Enjoying the live music performance there. Spotted some guests who bringing along their children to this restaurant. Tempted to try their nachos but that time we were still full and decided to just ordered alcohols instead.Overall a nice place to chill and hang out
Es un excelente lugar para ir a tomar algo después de haber ido de visita a la barrera de coral, un lugar muy bueno para cervezas iasi como comidas rápidas. Muy recomendable.

This place was outstanding. Well priced food that was lovely and served quickly. Drinks well priced as well. Will definitely return
Enjoyed our lunch at the Pier. No waiter service all food and drink ordered at the bar. Food was great.
