While the workers seemed to try their best, we could not find the personal if we needed something. our food came...not enough sandwiches for our party of 12 with small appetit . and we had to ask for teekaffee that arrived after eating. the quality and standard of selection of cakes were bad . and the room was lacking in the atmosphere for a special lady birthday. we felt very disappointed for them and the family that had traveled from far away. do not take much to create an atmosphere and good quality. we asked for additional sandwichs that were confuse...
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and every night we ate at the restaurant. Each nights service was faultless and the food was amazing, all prepared fresh and on site. There is a great variety of meals from grills to salads and everyday...main meals, we ate something different each night and it was all delicious not to mention the puddings which are also amazing. Although it made it difficult to choose a pudding everyday as they are all so lovely, although the homemade crumble was a personal favourite. Over the course of our stay at the hotel, we dined at the restaurant three times. The food was freshly made, served piping hot, and the portions were very generous. The menu had a great variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant had a welcoming and friendly ambiance. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.
We recently visited a restaurant in the hotel. It is a beautiful place and the staff was great. However, the buffet was disappointing, reminiscent of something from the 1970s - unimaginative and tasteless. I recommend that the chef step up their game. It doesn't have to be expensive, just improve the taste of the dishes. Even sandwiches require flavorful toppings like mustard and mayonnaise.

Four of us pre-booked an Afternoon tea last week and had a fabulous time. From the second we arrived we felt safe, were well looked after and enjoyed our food immensely. The views from the conservatory were glorious and we all thoroughly recommend the restaurant.
don't waste your time. they do not answer the phone for booking requests and then curiously switched off without trying to provide a seat at the bar. Five phone calls. ignore the food served all day signage. one to cross the lists.
The restaurant , which is abiding by government guidelines on Covid Regulations. 6 Maximum per table. Still provides an excellent menu, service and hot food, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Ate here three nights in a row. Good varied menu, food so fresh, and the staff were so efficient and helpful. Very well priced and large portions.
