The Piper Art - Réserver une table

We received a friendly greeting but it went down hill from there. We ordered and paid for our Sunday lunch at the bar at about 1pm, as directed. We then waited for about 40 minutes for our two roast beef dinners to arrive. My husband went to check what was happening and was told there was, a problem with the till. There was no apology or check made with the kitchen. When we had waited for nearly an hour he checked again and we finally received an apology and our food arrived 5 minutes later. The roast beef tasted pre cooked and re heated and the Yorkshire puddings were Aunt Bessie 's (or similar) although we did see proper ones....just not on our plates. Food is amazing and staff were out of this world, especially Hayley who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even took the time to make sure we had the best lunch even though she was clearly rushed off her feet. The art work is a must see too. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Stayed in windsor for a weekend, popped into the piper had a great evening, lovely staff ,nice atmosphere, great music . Wasn't very busy on friday Saturday evening.

The pies were incredibly dry, as if they had just been taken out of the freezer and heated too quickly to defrost. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Went there for lunch 9n bank holiday Monday Great choice of Scottish themed items on the menu. Food and service were first class. Would thoroughly recommend.
