The Piper's Irish Pub

My husband and I went to The Piper 's for lunch with a Spanish friend, who recommended it. It is just like an English or Irish pup, except that the food is Spanish! The staff were very pleasant and friendly, the atmosphere was fine, and the food delicious. We particularly enjoyed the pisto, which is a type of vetegable stew. We had a 'menu del dia ', which was very good value. Well recommended.

Had a quick lunch with my daughter here and we were both surprised positively. The set lunch menu worked quite well. A nice pasta for starters and then a schnitzel for main. Its not a place to come look for fine cooking of course, but fine for what it is.

Very nice lady behind the counter, speaks good English and very helpful , the pub is how you would expect it to look like with plenty of dark wood with a lovely feel to it , not a big selection of main meals but definitely worth a visit.

We really liked the Daily menu (EUR 12,5). Good selection og typical spanish dishes. We had salad, paella, steak, fish, tiramisu, cake. All very good. Red Wine very fine, too Possible to sit outside. Recommendeble.

Real good sandwich and good beer. Nice atmosphere in irish pub style. Friendly service, occasional live music
