Do you miss old episodes of The Three Stooges? Go to this pita pit to witness three employees constantly bump into each other in the most chaotic episode yet. Dropping things, wrong orders, ignoring the line up accumulating at the cash while they are off In Lala land going to the beat of their own drum. And wondering why there are 15 people at 7:30 at night waiting for a sandwich . Waited 35 minutes for a sandwich while they continuously asked customers to repeat their orders about 10 times between the three of them.... and my order was still wrong on the second re fire. If your order is ADD on whole wheat, you will get what you ordered
as a previous subway -frequent flyer, I was glad to move to the 'big city' and get to enjoy something healthy besides a sub. pitas are delicious and the grilled onions, greenpeppers and mushrooms make it even better. I prefer the chicken as the main pita for me. but there are steak, etc. they offer tonnes of vegetables and cheeses / sauces. decent price. 10$ or so with a drink. chips available too. mmmmmm. a great place to eat healthy in moncton and for a good price, excellent taste.
When I go to Pita pit I always have the chicken souvlaki pita. I love it. They cook it on the grill with other vegetables and you can add anything you want in it. I always add spinach, cucumbers, onions, lettuce, cheese and sauce. They steam the pita so its not dry and hard. Will be going back for sure.
I took my father to a check-up at the hospital, it ran late almost 3 hours. We left and we're starving, but I wanted to get a good meal quickly. So, off to Pita Pit we went. I got the Chicken Souvlaki and my father the Roast Beef Pita. Both were excellent and nutritious and filling. Excellent choice.
