Found myself stopping by The Original Pita Stop to grab an early dinner. It took about 20mins to get our food and it took about 6 mins to regret it!!! I ate about 2/3 of my Pepper Steak Omelette. About that time, I took off to the bathroom and 1/2 of that omelette came aggressively back with a might my force. The kitchen staff heard me retching and gagging and didn’t say a word. Once I finished hurling, I beckoned my husband to let’s go. The young lady that checked us out told us the meal was free then my server came to the register with our receipt and said “that’ll be $32”. Did they really just charge me for a meal that was in the toilet??!?! Eat at your own peril is all I have to say!!!
I used to dine at this restaurant at least 2 to 3 times a month. However, when I visited today, the chicken lacked spices, the salad dressing tasted like vinegar, and the hummus was as bland as wallpaper paste. I noticed that none of the usual kitchen staff were present, and the waitstaff had changed. Unfortunately, I am unlikely to return.
The server on duty was exceptional and the food was amazing. We ordered the lamb and chicken kabobs and were thoroughly impressed. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Stopped by on a visit to Birmingham. Was a little disappointed in the food. Great tabouli but everything else was kinda bland. Generous portions. Should have gotten something else.

Every time visiting Birmingham, this is the place to lunch in. Absolutely delicious meals, lamb rack over the top. Save some time for dessert (yummy coconut cake)
The food and service were excellent. I was recommended the seafood kabob and it was delicious. I will definitely order it again in the future.
If you are looking to spend $20 on a take-out falafel platter, you may get better quality for your money going elsewhere.
Everything about the food was perfection! I got the falafel plate and it was SO GOOD!!!
