I 've been coming here for about 4 years and the pizza has always been outstanding. But since the new owner JP took over a couple of years ago he is just hitting it out of the park! All the Italian food is fabulous but there are so many other options on their extensive menu that are equally delicious! And they will pretty much make you anything your heart desires! Great cocktails, great place for families, and last night I had one of the best desserts I 've ever had even in a 5 star restaurant! (Banana chocolate mouse cake if you 're interested, but all the desserts or yummy)! Such a lovely special place and just like Cheers where everybody knows your name!! Bravo JP Matisse!
I love this place and the food is wonderful, so when I saw a Mardi Gras menu I had to try some Louisiana staples since I’m from the south. Gumbo and fried catfish. First, gumbo had nice flavor but we never use red bell peppers in gumbo. Only the holy trinity of green peppers, celery and onion. And we only fry catfish in cornmeal. I’ll need to try some more to get a solid review on the special menu. Service: Dine in
