I wanted to taste the pizza shack and I'm glad I did. I called in my order and was told 25 minutes, which is reasonable time during the busy hours. I was there to pick up a little early and the pizzas where I was put into the window, as I spoke with the two young ladies who were very friendly and nice. and both practiced large manage in the direction of the kovic pandemic . and the best pizza I had in very long time and I was everywhere in the country. the price was very fair. if I had to complain about everything, it's a little confusing for a first timer. but the pizza and the service make this. that was what is left and we are filled
I don?t know what happen to pizza shack in Jackson ms but this was unacceptable even if they did try to complement me. I returned the pizza and to top it off, this wasn?t even chicken.I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. They explained after the fact to me that they were out of chicken and asked me what?s wrong with it clearly ???? this looks like goop and some form of chicken out of a can. Nasty and the worst experience ever
the first time with pizza from here! we visited from dallas and decided to try the pizza shack. it was delicious. pizza so good that you eat the whole disc, crust included; I've never eaten the crust. look forward to a trip back to jackson, just to have this pizza again!
Try Out Lost Pizza CO. The Ingredients are the best. pizza Shack must had frozen meats and veggies because my pizza was wet when it arrived and the balance of chicken was way to much for a medium ... I was Refunded thankfully.

I had never had a bad meal since they had eaten there since they opened on state st. they have the best philly cheesesteak in the city.
The Cinnamon Sticks were paper thin and dry. Do not order Extra Dressing Side bec you wont get any and its a waste of your money
My son loved his Asian Chicken Salad. He said that everything tasted fresh and delicious. That was his first time having it.
Pizza was over cooked and cookies was burnt presentat is a must but I guess that isnt an option when they fix DoorDash order
