eating was absolutely excellent, every single thing we ordered was delicious and very well cooked with high quality ingredients. every meal was so tasteful, we enjoyed everything we ate. are generous, so we felt that it was very good value for money and the service was friendly and timely. even if we ordered late in the evening, we were not rushed to make decisions, and any person who served us was personal and accommodating. the white chocolate bread and the butter pudding was exceptional and I can't expect to come back and eat it again. the atmosphere in the pub was lively and warm, everyone looked like they enjoyed good time with friends. every single thing in the evening was a highlight and we would recommend everyone.

Beautifully refurbished and renovated country pub. The Plough still has a great drinking bar and fab menu with all the usual pub favourites and yummy seasonal specials. All food sourced locally. Definitely worth a visit. Also beautiful en suite rooms available at an excellent rate. Well done to John, Becky and their team.

Stayed here for one night this weekend whilst mountain biking in the area. Beautiful room, amazing food, brilliant helpful staff. A lovely treat and change from what we usually do which is stay in our campervan when riding the Surrey Hills :

we were here (beautiful rooms, beds like sleeping on a fluffy cloud) and had delicious food and friendly service for dinner and breakfast. good beer and apple wine on hahn

A lovely pub with a great menu and great staff highly recommend a visit and the turkey with cranberry sandwiches with a pint of Advent Ale
