the mistake, on a big day (Mother Sunday) was in order, let us get this out of the way. that was all else. arrival: no meet greet. it was our first visit, so we didn't know the format. it was busy...with diner's personal in the entrance and around the bar. we were party and had to wait for a while to ask and confirm our booking and to help us to our table. it took a while until the dame found our booking, she was obviously under pressure and we had to repeat some painting information. Once this has been done, we were quickly told to order the bar we ran our way past the bar to come to others (as canines in lights as we were) and ordered (my beer had a head on it and had to ask upwards) drink...

my son treated me to a late mother's meal and we both wanted to sit somewhere quiet and we got a good quiet opposite that was until the renter decided that he wanted to call his son on loudspeaker first, so my son and I had to hear the renter's loud voice and his son's answer over loudspeakers. after the call was complete, he went to the phone call (to loudspeaker) his insurance about his bosch washing machine and his vote was still loud. my son and I thought ourselves what is wrong with this renter and why he did not look at his paying customers, it only proves that the renter has no manage. concerning the food that my son had the carousel and I had the fish and chips, the meat on the carou...

Myself and my family visited for a carvery this afternoon for my and it was second to none. Food was absolutely beautiful, portions were incredibly generous and staff were friendly and had a cracking sense of humour. will be returning, beautiful decor ..cosy atmosphere. Extra points for the witty replies left in this review section !! Thanks for having us

Work nearby and popped in with my kids for a Saturday evening meal. Was a wonderful experience! Staff were very friendly all around the pub from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly. Food is of the highest quality and courses is an absolute steal! Had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to others and dine with you again Réservez une table maintenant

proven to celebrate my older disabled women birthday after they have been booked for several weeks to find it closed! a considerable distance is interest very expensive, it was closed no call no sms no email, after other disappointed customers this often happens

the steak mushroom pie was lovely, my husband had the carvery, the beef and turkey were excellent, but not the choice of vegetables this time, the carrot cake was fantastic josh was so friendly, will be going back

I' have eaten in all local pubs and restaurants in and around Bewdley farforest kidderminster cleobury as we eat out most nights and this is the best . The food and service is Excellent , I highly recommend.

Food not to my liking lacks flavour . Staff are friendly and helpful but I feel the food let's you down .
