I want to report an incident that happened at your pub on Saturday, 16 September 23. One of your staff members mistreated an elderly lady, assuming she was selling magazines, and without any reason, forced her to leave without even giving her a chance to explain herself. The staff member should have communicated with her properly and not disrespected her. We tried to speak with your manager, Mr Ali, in person and over the phone with Mr Osman to understand why they mistreated her. We even requested them to check the cameras to find out what happened. Very convenient spot for breakfast opening at 8 AM. This was on Tower Bridge Road just around the corner from The Dixon hotel where we stayed. It's order at the counter or using QR code, and coffee is self-serve; meals are delivered to the table. The price of breakfast was very reasonable and the food was good. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
I really like the location of this restaurant. I appreciate that they offer all-day dining options and have a reasonably priced menu. However, I was disappointed that we had to clean our own dirty table and the fact that they were not actually serving food without any notice. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
We have always found meals at Wetherspoons to be great value. However, on Sunday, we were very disappointed with all four meals. The chips and peas were cold, and it wasn't busy in the restaurant but we had to wait a long time to receive the fourth meal.

The breakfast at the restaurant was disappointing, but I suppose considering it's a Wetherspoons and the price, it was to be expected. The milk jugs were moldy and the food was lukewarm and reheated, but at least I survived the experience.
Good atmosphere in a great location close to Tower Bridge. The food is very reasonabley priced. They unfortunately forgot my appetizer but were very quick to make it right by refunding my money.
We called in for a drink. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have a drink in London at a reasonable price a rare commodity today.
We were staying in a hotel just up the road. Lovely to pop in for drinks and snacks (ordered from the app) Nice large pub with friendly staff.

One of the tidiest Wetherspoons I’ve been too. Staff were very friendly, great service and food was great.
