The Ponderosa Bar Restaurant

the staff was very grumpy and not very helpful. complaining that the pasta was not at all beautiful, how was very bland and tasteless. my sister barely touched it. was ignored by the first employee when I pointed out that pasta was not touched from this reason. when I then paid the bill and asked that everything was in order, I explained about the pasta again only to be told cheekily ok, I will pass it on. it was made to feel really uncomfortable. would not recommend.

service was brilliant! everyone was so friendly. the food was delicious and it felt like we had just ordered and our food was put right in front of us. I couldn't even finish my chocolate wingcake, but it was so good that I had to take the left over something. we had just stopped by chance on the way from banbridge and so glad we did. Thank you!

Staff were very grumpy and didn’t want to be there. Very dwelling experience. Food was half cooked and not what was asked for. Pint glass was grimey. Won’t be back.
