The Porter Beer - Réservation de table

I had one of their amber ales, a chicken sandwich, and their goat cheese fritters. While Porter Beer Bar is quite expensive, the food they offer is almost magical in quality. The goat cheese fritters were coated in a thin layer of honey and it perfectly balanced its pungency. They were melt in your mouth and incredible. The chicken sandwich was great in a unique way in that the slaw on it gave it a nice herbal taste. The fries that came along with it were perfectly cooked and seasoned with a delicious garlic/chive like concoction. The beer itself.... well it's beer. There are a huge amount of options to explore. It is definitely worth coming here at least once while in Atlanta!

The mussel appetizer was amazing. Great flavor and very hefty portion provided at a great price. The beer selection was outstanding. The selection and variety is heavier in the bottles than draft, but the various types, brands, and styles are great. I will say the draft beers were warmer than I prefer. I would go back to try some of the other options.

So, I go here a lot. Like at least once a week but most of the time more. There is no better place for beer in Georgia. And as a bonus, they regularly update their beers on tap on their website daily. The service is always amazing, very attentive staff, and the food is excellent. Not just excellent for bar food, but truly delicious. Go now!

My friends and I visited The Porter Beer Bar for a drink after a two-day work conference, and I must say, it's an amazing place! The bartender was very friendly and gladly answered all our questions. They have over 20 beers on tap with a fantastic selection. If I lived nearby, I would definitely make this my regular spot! Réservez une table maintenant

This is my favorite spot to grab a bite before concerts at the Variety Playhouse, which is conveniently located just across the street. They offer a wide selection of beers and have a menu of elevated pub food. The service is friendly and attentive. Overall, it's considered one of the best beer bars in the USA.

Great server, lavish selection of draft beers, good food. Nice lived-in atmosphere, with bearded patrons around 30, not too many hipsters, and did I say knowledgeable, fun, attentive server? I had a vegetarian Reuben, hard to come by in the rest of the world, that was satisfying and delicious.

My boyfriend and I ordered the fish and chips (cod) and a burger, and I must say, it was some of the best food I've ever had! The fries were absolutely outstanding—definitely the best I've tasted! I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to my family and friends!

I visited for a drink on a Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed the atmosphere. There was a great selection of drinks to choose from. I also noticed a basement room featuring an old brewery, which can be reserved for larger groups. Réservez une table maintenant

One of the best beer bars in Atlanta. We’ve visited on many occasions and have always had great service. They’ve always got a great tap list. Prices can be steep, but they’ve always got the good stuff.
