We had waited a long time, nearly two hours, before we found this out and although they offered to refund the cost, our evening was ruined. I would give this restaurant zero stars, for several reasons. After waiting almost two hours for our meals, they were delivered to someone else. Although they offered to reimburse us and gave us a free meal the following day, our evening was still ruined. We were initially impressed by their promise to make it right, but they broke it when we tried to order again. We experienced incompetence, rudeness, and a lack of trustworthiness. When we complained and threatened to share our negative experience, they were dismissive. We made it clear that they should be cautious when dealing with us in the future.
I had my first meal at this restaurant yesterday and I can't praise it enough. The staff was very friendly and the service was efficient. When I got home, both my partner and I agreed that the food was delicious and we will definitely be recommending and ordering from here again. Outstanding!

This place is a gem, especially after my two local banks decided to stop serving the public. The staff here is always friendly and helpful to me. I just hope they aren't stuck with a long line of deliveries to send, as they only have one counter.
excellent eating. our new favorites curry in norwich. we have used city spice for the last few takeaways and they were exceptional. can now praise and order enough!
