Everyone enjoyed their roast dinners, which were generously portioned. Each plate featured a good-sized Yorkshire pudding, a variety of vegetables, roast potatoes, and delicious gravy to complement the meat. The pork included a delectable piece of crackling that truly delivered on its promise. The rest of the menu includes many pub favorites, but some popular items might not be available on busier days. For dessert, there was the usual assortment of hot and cold options, such as sticky toffee pudding, crumble, and cheesecakes. Although not particularly unique, these desserts were still much appreciated.

I just returned from a meal at Prinzen with friends, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We received a warm welcome from the staff upon our arrival, and our waitress promptly took our order. When the food arrived, everything looked delicious, and it was a nice touch to see the chef chatting with customers. All of our meals were beautifully cooked and presented. Kudos to the new owners, the chef, and the kitchen staff. We will definitely be back!

Charming pub with delicious food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it! Although it’s a bit off the beaten path, it’s perfect for a relaxing evening of drinks and meals. I would definitely return. The pie, mash, vegetables, and gravy were absolutely mouthwatering. Price per person: £10–20. Food: 5/5.

Tonight, I enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Prince of Wales. I decided to visit after hearing about the new management, and what a difference it makes! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was delicious, and the ale was spot on! I will definitely be returning soon for more food and drinks. Only been in the once but will be returning, had sunday lunch which was delicious, the landlord is a very pleasant friendly man, and we look forward to returning, as we have moved to the area.
