We hired the upstairs private for for a bridal shower afternoon tea. The setup was amazing! The room looked lovely and they allowed us to add our own decorations. There were 13 of us in the end and they were so accommodating. One person had allergy requirements so they allowed her to order off of the brunch menu separate to the afternoon tea and one person couldn't come so they allowed us to takeaway that afternoon tea. Beth was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and she came to check on us regularly and helped us take some group photos. Would definitely recommend it, I go quite frequently for food but this was the first afternoon tea I have had their and cannot fault the food it was all...
Absolutely shocking place to eat! I ordered the eggs Benedict and the pancakes were raw and cold and the eggs on mine and my mums dishes were raw! We told them about it but just got told that they were too busy to deal with it. We paid the bill and left. I went in a couple of weeks later with my partner and we had the pork hash and it’s 100% frozen produce and not fresh. The brownies are more like a chocolate cake, not a brownie and it does not taste of salted caramel in the slightest. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but will not be going back and I will be telling others not to spend their hard earned money there. Absolutely pathetic!
The beautiful wedding cake that you made us for our special day was stunning and tasted even better than it looked. The suggestions made and questions asked while designing really made the cake personal to us. All of our guests were amazed at how well the colours matched the colour scheme of our day and I was touched by the baker checking in with me the day before to ensure the flowers were acceptable when the planned ones weren’t available. Both flavours of cake were delicious everyone loved the lemon and the salted caramel sauce was to die for! Thank you again Helen Alan
I have had afternoon tea at two other venues in Nottingham, this is my favourite for food quality. I had the vegan option as I am temporarily having to refrain from dairy, so was worried that I wouldn’t enjoy it however it was still delicious. I have booked to go back. Four stars as although I like the venue, which is nicely decorated, I personally would prefer a bit more ambience. Also would be nice if coffee was included as a standard option on the menu.

Went here for a friends birthday. It was fantastic, I don’t do fish and an alternative was supplied. The sausage rolls were fab. The everything was delicious. I think my favourite was the mini Eton mess. Lisa who served us was also fabulous. Super attentive but not overly interfering! Great all round and bought extras to take away.
We visited for breakfast whilst visiting the area. Shared the Pantry Benedict pancakes and banoffee cookie dough. Both were delicious, although we could’ve done with a bit more of the cookie dough but probably just us being greedy! Service was good too. Would definitely recommend.
Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Save your money and skip this place. The desserts were awful. We bought a lemon meringue blondie and a red velvet cheesecake brownie to go, and they were just plain bad.
Visited with a friend for the Christmas tea. The food was amazing and imaginative and the service was very attentive. A lovely Christmas treat which is thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

Just got back from lunch for 8. Everyone enjoyed their food. Great gluten free menu always much appreciated. Brilliant friendly staff. Thank you. I'm sure we'll be back.
Had the French toast and it was beautiful!! Massive portion and left feeling full. Staff were friendly too. Would recommend.
